Sales Report: RE Manages Top Position in 200-500cc Bikes in July 2018
From a few months, Royal Enfield has been the manufacturer rolled out maximum bikes in the 200-500cc bikes segment. Last month too, the Chennai based cruiser bike maker managed to stick to its top position with its best selling the RE Classic 350. The model gets three times more sales than its sibling ranked second in the list, the RE Bullet 350. while the Classic 350 sees a drop of 13 percent as compared to dispatched units in June 2018. This decline in sales is being considered the consequences of the ongoing monsoon season.
The Pulsar models under 200cc cumulatively get the third spot and the Pulsar 220 attain the fourth spot with a fall of 26 percent and 14 percent respectively. Once again, the Royal Enfield succeeded in getting the fifth position with the Thunderbird 350 which seems to do well for the company with a sudden yet appreciable growth against the last month. The KTM has set its entry-level low with the introduction of its performance-focused models like the KTM RC 200 and Duke 200. Still, the brand is facing fall in sales for several months.

The inability of using the engine full potential and the lack of advanced safety feature ABS could be the reason behind model finding the ninth position in the listing. The higher displacement models from RE, the Thunderbird 500 and the conventional Bullet 500 which are noted for its incredible cruising and immense torque generation ability, registering hike in demand.
The re-introduced Honda CBR250R with probably its earlier market value somehow managed to push sales by 1 percent. UM Global offerings, the Renegade Commando and Buy doxazosin UM Renegade Classic got respective eighteenth and twentieth spots. Their sales dropped by 80 percent and 50 percent.
