AIMA has announced multiple vacancies for different posts including management trainee (general and accounts), accountant, junior technical assistant and assistant engineer. • Age Limit – Not more than 28 years as on 14th January, 2014.
• Educational Qualification – A degree in Master of Business Administration, Human Resource, Industrial Relation or Marketing Management with first class from a recognized university.

2. Post Name – Management Trainee (Accounts)

• No. of Posts – 07
• Pay Scale – Rs. 20600 – 46500/-
• Age Limit – Not more than 28 years as on 14th January, 2014.
• Educational Qualification – A degree in Master of Business Administration in Finance ORA pass in final examinations of institute of Charted Accountants of India.

3. Post Name – Accountant

• No. of Posts – 17
• Pay Scale – Rs. 16400 – 40500/-
• Age Limit – Not more than 28 years as on 14th January, 2014.
• Educational Qualification – A degree in Commerce or Charted Accountant or SAS Accountants.

4. Post Name – Junior Technical Assistant

• No. of Posts – 107
• Pay Scale – Rs. 10500 – 28690/-
• Age Limit – Not more than 28 years as on 14th January, 2014.
• Educational Qualification – A degree in agriculture, Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry.

5. Post Name – Assistant Engineer

• No. of Posts – 10
• Pay Scale – Rs. 16400 – 40500/-
• Age Limit – Not more than 28 years as on 14th January, 2014.
• Educational Qualification – A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
