The train passengers can now enjoy the luxurious facilities on the Bhuj railway station as the Indian railway? has decided to open a two-star hotel?. For that, the organization has tied-up with a private developer, who invested INR 8 Crore to built this hotel. It has been believed that it’s the first opulent property in the country on any railway land. The construction of this property is under a scheme, where the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) assigns land on a long-term lease to a private developer.

After the long process of the auction, Ahmedabad-based Suba group has selected by the railway authority for this work. A 24-room hotel with a number of superb features, such as banquet hall, restaurant, gymnasium, swimming pool?, Wi-Fi and many others.

The Bhuj property is spreading in around a 15,000 sq feet of land.
