The 125 Duke engine comes with 6-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate disc for seamless gear shifting. KTM Duke 125 is capable of returning the fuel mileage of 45-50 kmpl.
Design
On designing front, both the bikes are different besides being naked sports. the Yamaha MT 15 draws designing inspiration from its elder brother Yamaha MT-09. It comes with sharp features and an attractive dual tone paint job. The bike is featured with a long and single seat for the comfortable ride, Y-shape alloy wheel and twin LED headlight for the clear visibility.
Whereas KTM Duke 125 bike looks similar to its elder brother KTM Duke 200. At first, you notice the Duke 125 has an aggressive front look with LED headlight. Moreover, the bike has a steel trellis frame, which helps to give you a comfortable ride and attractive KTM graphic on the fuel tank.
Instrument Panel
Both the bikes are equipped with an LCD display. Yamaha MT-15 has a fully digital speedometer with light shift timing. Whereas the Duke 125 has TFT display, presenting all the data you need to go faster.
Brakes and Suspension
For the safe riding, the Yamaha furnished a twin four-piston callipers 282mm single disc at the front and 220mm single disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. For the safer and comfortable ride, the company has equipped USD forks at the front suspension and rear mono-shock
The KTM Duke 125 is equipped with WP upside down suspension at the front and Wp mono-shock suspension at the rear. Now moving ahead to its safety features, the Duke 125 is armed with a 300 mm four-piston radial fixed calliper disc at the front and a 230mm single-piston radial fixed calliper disc with dual channel ABS.
