Starwood Hotels & resorts is coming up with its luxury brand St. Regis in Mumbai, India. The group has been tie-up with Pallazzio Hotels & Leisure, so after huge renovation and rebranding of the current Palladium hotel, which is now completed, will open its door on 1st September, 2015.

The hotel is situated in Lower Parel, which is very near from Chhatrapati Shivaji International and Airport terminals in Mumbai. The accommodation includes 386 guest rooms, having 60 suites, along with four speciality restaurants, a club lounge and more than 5,200sqm of event space, that includes a 4200sqm grand ballroom.

It’s the first property of Starwood in Mumbai. Earlier, the group has decided to bring it in the capital, Delhi. Starwood Hotels & resorts operates 9 brands- St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Le Meridian, Westin, Sheraton, Aloft, Element, and Four Points having total 66 hotels in the country.
