Her career began in the hospitality industry with Holiday Inn and Leela Kempinski and now, she handles “Sanskriti” traditional food brand, outlets are located at Infinity Mall in Andheri and Malad, Mumbai. The brand is the combination of Indian traditional and contemporary delicacies with a wide variety menu for the consumers. And, also the Indian sweets, such as Jalebi, Imarti, Gulab Jamun, Kala Jamun and Halwas that are served hot there.
Due to her immense passion, talent and determination, helped her to emerge as a successful restaurateur. To promote her skills and her brand, she has participated for “The Guinness World Record for largest Imarti” and “The Limca World Record for largest Jalebi” on 1st and 2nd May, 2015 at 6 pm onwards both the days.
A huge kadhai of 10 ft. Diameter weighing 1200 kgs has been set up in the mall, which is open for the public viewing. Along with kadhai, she will be using a strainer of 9.5 ft. Diameter.
