Just got my i 20 elite asta petrol 3 days ago. Awesome car. Surpassed my expectations. My choice was between the BALENO and I 20.
What made the decision?
I live in a small town in Karnataka.
The nearest dealers are in Hubli. .BALENO is sold exclusively through nexa showroom. I was told I had to come to Bangalore 500 kms to pick up the vechile.I could not even get a test drive at a maruti dealer in a big cities like Hubli or Belgaum. After saled Service they say can be done at any maruti service center. Then why not sell thru them in town where nexa is not there yet.
Nexa showrooms are at present only in Bangalore and Mangalore in whole of Karnataka state.
Maruti I feel is missing a lot of interested customers in smaller cities and towns by this nexa showroom business.
Anyways cheers, I love my I 20.
