Street food is generally available in street side in public areas like market, fair etc.. Indian street food is famous everywhere as it is very palatable to taste with many varieties and it is cheap as well. In India, all regions and states have their own speciality in these food like we can take an example of one of the famous state Delhi, which is popular for its street food as all type of food is available whether it is Indian, Chinese or Continental and this same goes for Mumbai.
Many people think that street food is unhealthy and unhygienic, but a famous Australian culinary explorer, Mrs. Chairmaine o’brien founds that Indian street food is much safer and healthier compared to the restaurant food. When she went for the India tour, she observed many things about street food that hawkers and food vendors sold freshly cooked food using fresh ingredients. And, now the safety of street food is the major concern for public health so that they don’t think wrong about it. Most popular road-side food, which is famous in Mumbai. It is a combination of fried vada served with pav having red and green chutneys along with green chillies.
