Children’s day is celebrated worldwide as a day dedicated for children’s protection. It is celebrated in many countries on different dates. These dates are decided by the Government of that particular country. In India it is celebrated on the birth day of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru who was a great Political leader and first prime minister of Indian Government after independence.

Children day is celebrated internationally on June 1st. but as per the recommendations of United States, 20th November was accepted as Universal Children’s day by maximum global countries. In India it is a holiday in most of the government and other departments.
