- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 large onions (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- ½ finely chopped red capsicum (Shimla Mirch)

- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala powder

Directions to prepare it
- Break the eggs into a large bowl .
- Now, beat the mixture for about a minute using a fork or a beater.
