1st October is celebrated as World Vegetarian Day or World Meat-Free Day and people from all over the world are trying to go meatfree for one day. To promote joy, compassion and life-enhancing possibilities of vegetarianism, this day was found in 1977 by the North American Vegetarian Society. The main motto to celebrate the day is to raise the awareness of the positive effects of a vegetarian lifestyle on humans. Now, whether you’re veggie or not, you should relish this day with great enthusiasm and happiness.
Now today, we are discussing how can you celebrate World Vegetarian Day as there are many reasons to enjoy this day:
- If the people don’t eat meat dishes once in a week, then it will help them in many things and also prevent chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity.
