Abu Dhabi based French Food Castle opened first branch in Kochi
The first restaurant of French Food Castle (FFC) has launched at Edappally, near the Lulu traffic signal, Kochi on Wednesday. The Abu Dhabi based brand, which is owned by the Mondial Foods LLC, running by its master franchise in India named Avenier Foods Pvt Ltd.
Mr. S Ashokan, CEO, Mondial Foods LLC, stated that,
“The specialties at the FFC are fried chicken, French pizza, French burger, French popies, ice creams, French coffees, etc. The company uses various Indian spices with the French recipe to prepare pizzas, burgers and fried chicken”.
Globally, it has located in Abu Dhabi, Europe, Africa and Malaysia. In the upcoming years, the company has plans to open 50 outlets in Kerala with an investment of INR 75 crore. Accommodations, including dining space in the area of 2,600 sqft with mini party hall, kids play area and valet car parking.
Mr. Ashokan added,
“The French Food Castle will serve several French fares, with incomparable flavours and aromas. While there are a number of new entrants in this market, the opportunity to create a dominant global position with a niche offering still exists. At FFC we use organic ingredients to marinate and less oil that goes into our frying methods to offer our customers a healthier option”.
